Main Course

Korma
A mild delicate sauce of natural yoghurt, cream, almonds, coconut, fresh herbs and spices.
Bhuna
Medium strength traditional dishes garnished with onions, herbs, tomatoes and selected spices.
Dupiaza
Medium strength dish of cubes of onion, green peppers producing a very distinctive taste.
All dishes are served with Pilau Rice or Nan Bread.
