- Dimensional and photographic survey of property relating to proposed works
- To act as client's agent in all dealings with local council / statutory authorities (dealing with all administration,
ie correspondence, form filling, telephone calls, meetings, etc)
- Production of Architectural and Structural * autocad drawings (* on larger scale projects, Structural
drawings may be produced by appointed Structural Engineer)
- Neighbour notifications (planning) and production of "U" value (insulation) calculations (warrant)
- To apply on client's behalf to local council for planning permission and building
warrant
- To assist client with their appointments of Structural Engineer and Builder (warrant stage)
- Liaison with Structural Engineer and Builder (as required)
- To provide client with copies of all contract correspondence and drawings
